APARTMENT A:

Double room with balcony overlooking the sea, adjoining with a double room with a large garden view window.
The centre hallway enters into a private antechamber. Three doors independently lead to the bedrooms or the bathroom with shower and hair dryer, without disturbing anyone. The apartment has a telephone, a safe, a mini-bar, 2 televisions and the air-conditioning split is located in the antechamber.

APARTMENT B:

Double room adjoining to a single room, both face a single large balcony with a garden view.
The centre hallway enters into a private antechamber. Three doors independently lead to the bedrooms or the bathroom with shower and hair dryer, without disturbing anyone.
The apartment has a telephone, a safe, a mini-bar, 2 televisions and an air-conditioning split in double room.

APARTMENT C:

Double room with large window adjoining a single room with a small balcony, neither room has a view of the sea.
The centre hallway enters into a private antechamber. Three doors independently lead to the bedrooms or the bathroom with shower and hair dryer, without disturbing anyone.
The apartment has a telephone, a safe, a mini-bar, 2 televisions and an air-conditioning split for each room.

DOUBLE ROOM:

All of our rooms have air conditioning, telephone, television, safe, carpet and private bathrooms with shower and hair dryers.
Sea View Rooms: have an evocative view in that they face the very cured "Giardino Treffz" and laterally enjoy an amazing panorama of our beaches. These rooms are also equipped with heat.
Garden View Rooms: enjoy all the comforts of the sea view rooms. The only difference is in the fact that the balconies of these rooms overlook the hotel parking lot or other hotels.

SURCHARGES:

The hotel has no single rooms.

Surcharge for single use of double room with internal view: upon request.
Surcharge apartment with double and single, internal view 2 person occupancy: upon request.
Extra meal: € 27.00 per person
The prices for a less than 4-night stay may carry a 20% increased as compared to the list price.


DISCOUNTS:

Third adult bed 15%
Children or family plan to be agreed upon with Management


HOTEL USES AND CUSTOMS:

Check-in/Check-out times - the room is available to the client from 13:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
If you've booked a Full-Pension stay, and should you arrive in time for dinner, the arrival day is counted as half-pension and the meal consumed is to be paid for as an extra (except in cases of arrangements made with Management)
If you've booked a Full-Pension or Half-Pension stay, meals not consumed will not be discounted, if not communicated at least a day in advance.
If you've booked a Bed and Breakfast stay and consume other meals, these will be counted as extras (except in cases of arrangements made with Management)


ACCOMODATION AGREEMENT:

The following hotel contract is considered as accepted and concluded upon reservation, with these conditions:

Security Deposit - unless otherwise specified, a down-payment of a minimum 30% (to be increased depending on the type of reservation) of the total price of the stay in required to guaranteed the reservation; a written confirmation sent via mail, e-mail or fax is also requested, including the arrival date, personal information, including address and telephone number, as well as an estimated arrival time.
Client Breach of Contract - in the case of the client's withdrawal from the contract, or should the client not arrive, without a 21-day advance notice, the hotel will treat the amount paid as a security deposit, without prejudice to indemnity for any greater injury (that may be) suffered. In the case of an early departure, the hotel has the right to the payment of the amount agreed to for the entire stay, should there be no different or subsequent agreements with the hotelkeeper himself, especially in the case of force majeure.
Hotel Breach of Contract - in the case of it being impossible for the hotel to provide the confirmed services, the hotel must refund double the amount of the down payment received, without prejudice to indemnity for any greater injury (that may be) suffered, should the client not accept being relocated in a neighbouring hotel of equal or superior category. In the case of relocation, the transfer costs to the other hotel and any price differences are to be paid by the hotelkeeper who was unable to provide the confirmed services.
Dispute Settlement Clause - all disputes arising from this contract will be deferred to the Conciliation Board of the Ravenna Chamber of Commerce and resolved according to the Settlement Regulation of Conciliation adopted by it. In the case of failure of the attempt of conciliation, both parties may freely bring proceedings before the ordinary competent Judicial Authority in the place of residence or elected residence of the consumer, according to Article 33, co. 2°, letter U) of Italian Law n. 206/2005.
For anything not expressly agreed to, this contract is regulated by the measures of the Civic Code over contracts in general.
